This is a practice management question, but since I am a member of this section I thought I would at least ask the question here: Have any of you found good software tools that permit the creation of electronic client files with good organization similar to what we do with paper files? Any advice would help -- and if you know if a program that is reasonably priced, all the better. Thanks!
We're migrating to Microsoft's Sharepoint. Don't be too tied to "how we do paper files." There's a lot more flexibility (in a good way) with electronic files, and the current version of Sharepoint has some pretty decent document management and retention feature.
