Back in the day, when I was still working in firms, I remember being asked to sign a document reminding me that I understood the need to keep client matters confidential. Now I'm in house, and we're about to hire a temporary legal assistant (who may well turn out to be permanent) and I've been asked to create something along those lines for her.
