Back in the day, when I was still working in firms, I remember being asked to sign a document reminding me that I understood the need to keep client matters confidential.  Now I'm in house, and we're about to hire a temporary legal assistant (who may well turn out to be permanent) and I've been asked to create something along those lines for her.  If you have a short ans sweet form you can share, I would appreciate it.  Thanks in advance!

Rosemary, I'm attaching a .pdf of what we are currently using....let me know if you can't convert it and I will rummage around and see if I can't find the Word version.
